The heart rate means the heart is moving on average 60 times per minute. It is difficult to take a picture of a moving image. Other centers will have to monitor heart rate, bring it down by giving medicines that slow the heart rate and even have to retake scans subjecting you to more scan time, radiation time, and contrast amount in order to get the required image. Get it right on the first try with the 640 slice CT scan.
