• Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
• Deliver direct patient care to critically ill patients with complex medical conditions (e.g.,
respiratory failure, sepsis, post-surgical complications).
• Monitor and interpret vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and other diagnostic data.
• Administer and titrate high-risk medications (e.g., vasopressors, sedatives, inotropes) per
protocols and physician orders.
• Operate and manage advanced life-support equipment, including mechanical ventilators,
infusion pumps, and monitors.
• Perform rapid assessments and respond to medical emergencies (e.g., code blue, cardiac
arrest).
• Collaborate with physicians and other team members to develop and implement
individualized care plans.
• Provide continuous emotional support and education to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate, real-time documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
system.
• Ensure patient safety and uphold infection control practices and critical care standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and handover reports.
• Assist in the training and mentorship of new staff and nursing students, if applicable.
